Privacy notice

Football Choreography collects contact details from people who send enquiries. For weekly training and camp registration requests, we collect the parent/guardian's name, email and phone number, the player's name and year of birth, the requested programme, and relevant scheduling preferences.

Why we use this information

We use these details to respond to enquiries, review training requests, contact guardians about availability and organise training. Submitting a registration request does not guarantee a place and does not involve online payment.

Who can access it

Enquiries and requests are stored in a private Cloudflare database and accessed by authorised administrators. For general Contact Us enquiries, we also email the visitor's name, email address and message to our Football Choreography Gmail inbox so we can reply. For training requests, we also email the parent/guardian name, email and phone number, player name and year of birth, programme and requested training preferences to the authorised Football Choreography coaching inbox so the coach can follow up by phone or email. These details also remain in the private database. Cloudflare and Google may process service data outside South Africa; appropriate handling under South Africa's POPIA remains the responsibility of Football Choreography.

Information about children

Training requests must be submitted by a parent/guardian or an authorised adult. Please do not include medical details, identification numbers or other sensitive information in free-text fields.

Retention and your choices

We aim to retain registration information only as long as it is needed for training administration and applicable legal obligations. You can ask about your information, request corrections or discuss deletion by emailing footballchoreography@gmail.com.
